Privacy notice
BitcoinRun is operated by Action Marketing Plus FZ-LLC, Dubai, UAE. We collect information needed to register participants, review completion evidence, fulfil eligible physical products, operate company/community teams and communicate where consent has been given.
Information we collect
Registration details may include name, email, country, city, team and activity preference. We also record registration confirmation status so that we can distinguish confirmed participants from unconfirmed form submissions. Proof submissions may include activity screenshots or files you choose to upload. Company contacts may include company name, role, business contact details and partnership interests.
Activity proof
Proof may contain location or fitness information. Crop or hide anything not required to review the challenge completion. Founding Edition proof files are stored privately and are not published. We do not sell participant data.
Teams and partners
Companies receive aggregate team results such as registrations, confirmed registrations, evidence submissions, accepted finishers and accepted kilometres. Participant contact details are not provided to companies or partners unless the participant separately and explicitly opts in.
Operational systems
BitcoinRun may use private operational tools, including spreadsheets or dashboards, to mirror registration, confirmation, team and review status for administration. These operational records are not public and do not make private proof files accessible to companies or the public.
Retention and deletion
Raw proof files are retained only as long as reasonably needed to review results, handle support or disputes, and meet legal obligations. They are then deleted or anonymised where appropriate. Contact contact@bitcoinrun.xyz to request access or deletion.
Marketing
Future BitcoinRun marketing is optional and based on explicit consent. You may unsubscribe at any time.
